• We believe that all residents should be able to access integrated health and social care.

IHP helps you set up a locally owned NHS and Local Authority Joint Venture to own and develop the majority of its local health and social care estate providing an affordable and integrated healthcare property solution.

We collaborate with Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Trusts, GPs and STPs and help take them through a turnkey process to create this vision.

IHP is a specialist in creating healthcare property joint ventures. The joint ventures are serving to integrate healthcare estates, reduce cost pressures and make capital available. The NHS and Local Authorities are the owners.

Our Alternative Finance Organisation (AFO) model allows us to replicate the creation of joint ventures in the majority of Local and STP areas.

Inflexible landlords and tenants competing for a new property are now of the past. The AFO brings owners and tenants together to serve a local population with a total estate solution.

It is an aspiring ICS led deliverable estate strategy.
